Dennie Farmer

Dennie grew up in East London, spending his teenage years playing rugby. He tried his hand at various jobs in retail, sales, travel, and construction, hoping to discover his passion. Eventually, he realized that he couldn't stand the cold anymore and decided to escape to Spain for a summer adventure in his late teens.
That experience sparked something inside him, leading Dennie to make a life-changing decision in 2017—to move to Australia, just like many other Brits seeking a fresh start. He followed the typical path of traveling and farm work before diving into the construction industry for a few years. But it was in sales that Dennie found his true calling and the potential for a successful career. He joined an IT specialist recruitment agency and hit the ground running.
Dennie's natural talent for understanding different technical stacks and connecting with candidates helped him forge strong relationships and build engineering teams for clients across the APAC region. He achieved remarkable success in his recruitment role, breaking company records for the fastest rise to Director level and earning recognition as the newcomer and consultant of the year.
However, Dennie took a leap of faith and decided to start his own company. The opportunity to build a recruitment agency from scratch, exactly the way he envisioned, was too enticing to resist. And so, Nuage was born—an agency specializing in cloud recruitment, founded by the team of dedicated cloud specialists.
In his downtime, you'll likely find Dennie swinging a golf club, jetting off on holidays, or sharing a few drinks while moaning about the latest West Ham score.
