Daniel Bowers

CO-FOUNDER

Born and raised in the South East of England. Dan began his professional Sales Manager for a leading health club brand. With the realisation he wasn’t cut out for English winters, he made his way to Australia in 2014.

After moving to Australia, Dan then spent 8 years to cut the path as one of the go to DevOps, and Cloud Native recruitment specialist, placing over 300 Cloud professionals across the region. Picking up globally recognised company awards along the way.

Dan became a father in 2020. With his new found skill of extreme patience, passion to teach and desire to continue to grow personally and professional. The timing was perfect for him to start a new era of Technology recruitment with his co-founders Barry Smith and Dennie Farmer, and Nuage Technology Group was forged with the desire to keep people and technology as equals, that both technology and people can and will adapt as one.

For Dan, he truly believes that in life you get out what you put in. This resonates perfectly with the recruitment industry, the harder you work, the luckier you are. If you are prepared to go all in, you can do whatever or give you anything you want.

Dan runs at life at 100mph, with a drive and passion to build a culture that offers a no ceiling ethos. He loves the great outdoors, at weekends you can find him camped in the outback with his little family by his side.
